H & H Systems & Services' provides our customers the capability of
designing and building specialty production equipment including servo-controlled
manipulation devices, mesh belt conveyors, material handling equipment, loaders,
indexers, pick-n-place units, etc. We provide hydraulic, pneumatic and
structural design capabilities, along with ergonomic review of all equipment and
processes to assure OSHA standards are met.
H & H Systems & Services' builds water addition units for return sand
systems in foundry applications. We have several in production with very good
success in control of final sand temperature and moisture.
H & H Systems & Services is presently marketing a loader system for
CNC punch presses and laser tables. This unit automates the material handling
process of CNC punch press and laser table operations thus increasing profit and
decreasing ergonomic issues.
