Mechanical skills assessment test and training evaluation.
Below is our standardized testing for mechanical skill
assessment, which we can customize for each facility.
With our mechanical skill assessment we deliver a written
exam, employee performance evaluations and confirm the ID of Bearings,
Belts/Chains/Sprockets, Gears/Drives/Clutches and Fasteners .
In the example above, one facility may require performance
evaluations as well as written test on Pneumatics. Students will successfully
replace a solenoid and troubleshoot water in the line as an example.
In an example of customization, some facilities may
require our boiler test and training while other may not have a boiler
